2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed after site visit and quote approval
• Payment terms will be discussed during consultation
• Advance payment may be required for material procurement
• Final payment is due upon project completion

3. Service Guarantee

We guarantee:

• Quality workmanship using professional-grade materials
• On-time project completion as per agreed schedule
• Clean-up after project completion
• Warranty on workmanship as specified in quote

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled work. Cancellation charges may apply if materials have been procured.

5. Property Protection

We take all necessary precautions to protect your property and belongings. However, customers are advised to remove valuable items from work areas.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages not caused by our work.
